Has a decent recovery (CWM, PhilZ Touch, TWRP) BTW, even without root, I can enjoy my Mediapad. Front camera didn't work, and themes application crashed. It worked perfectly, but there were some issues. I tried to install another firmware, T1-701uV100R001C100B005, and then rooted with KingRoot (latest). The point is that without root and without a decent recovery, there's little to play with!
And I am pretty sure this firmware update doesn't 'fit' my device, as it's a 'T1-701u'. One is latest KingRoot and then I have downloaded latest Huawei firmware which seems to be 'Huawei_MediaPad T1 7.0_Firmware_T1-701w_Android 4.4.2_EMUI 3.0_V100R001C232B009CUSTC232D001_West European_Channel-Others.zip'. I'm on stock recovery and my my Mediapad runs T1-701uV100R001C100B109. I tried the lastest KingRoot version but it didn't work.

I have successful rooted my Mediatab, but now i want a Custom RomĪnd is there a other Official OS, a newer one? At the moment i run ' T1-701uV100R001C100B107 on it.
